Do you cover my area?

We cover the majority of central Scotland. If you are near any of the following locations then we should cover your area; Glasgow, Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, Lanarkshire North & South, East Ayrshire

Do I need to empty my car before you come?

To help ensure that we can complete your service within a reasonable time please ensure that any personal belongings are removed from the car or areas we require access

How can I pay?

We can take payment upon completion for some of our services. Payment can be made via cash, card or bank transfer. Any booking which requires a deposit will be paid via payment link (card) or bank transfer before we can secure your slot.

Where should I park my car?

All we need is a space next to your car to park safely and legally. Its recommended that you park your car in a quiet street or on private parking where we can complete your service without disturbing others

What are your cancelation fees?

In the event that your booking is cancelled by you, cancellation fees will be charged as detailed below:

  • Once we have arrived with no notice - 100%

  • Within 24 Hours - 100%

  • Within 48 hours - 50%

How can I join Monthly Maintenance?

You will be eligible to join our monthly maintenance after you have received your first appointment! This appointment must have taken place within the last 4-8 weeks to remain eligible for this.
